Our 60-day Money Back Guarantee gives you a level of comfort not available from any major company. You can return our merchandise in its original condition within 60 days from the date of
receipt and receive a full refund. This 60-day money back guarantee does not apply to custom-made orders or items that have custom engraving. If payment was made by credit card, you will be liable for a 3% handling fee which will be deducted from the refund amount. The 3% handling fee does not apply to exchanges of equal value or upgrades.
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund will be processed and issued approximately 30 days from the date of return. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered or resized by a jeweler other than Empire Diamond Corporation. Returns that are improperly packaged, damaged, or uninsured will be refused receipt.
How To Prepare A Return By Mail:
To return a diamond or jewelry item to Empire Diamond Corporation by mail, please follow these instructions:
1. Package your Return. Include all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a G.I.A. Report and that report is not returned, you will be liable for a $250. replacement cost. For security reasons, do not write Empire Diamond Corporation anywhere on the outside of the box.
2. Insure Your Package. Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Empire Diamond Corporation.
3. Please ship all returns to the attention of your sales associate to the following address:
